Obligatory Stand Compliance for Custom Stand Construction

Description

In case you do not have a Jaarbeurs stand, and you are handling the stand construction by yourself or another 3^rd party stand construction company, please bear in mind the mandatory stand construction and design assessment by our partner, Abraxys. They will ensure your design complies with Jaarbeurs regulations and suitability for the exhibition hall.  

What You Need to Submit:

1. Stand Design Visuals
   Include technical drawings inclusive of all dimensions.
2. Risk Assessment
   Briefly explain how you’ll guarantee safety during construction, dismantling, and exhibition days. Cover aspects like approved sockets, fall protection, safe working at heights, certified equipment, and relevant insurance if applicable.
3. Method Statement
   Provide a detailed work instruction, also known as a safe working method statement (SWMS), including:
• Responsible personnel
• Set-up and dismantling schedule
• Use of hazardous substances (if any)
• External contractors involved
• General safety measures
